Watershed Center for the Ceramic Arts seeks enthusiastic, motivated individuals for the following seasonal roles:
– Studio Assistant
– Residency Liaison
– Hospitality Coordinator
– Head Cook
– Assistant Cook
– Dining Coordinator
Seasonal staff are essential to our team and the success of summer programs, including artist residencies, workshops, and special events. You will work closely with a vibrant creative community, supporting artists and helping ensure a positive, productive
experience for all.
Highlights:
– Work in a collaborative environment with creative growth opportunities and
access to free studio space, kiln firings (when not in use by residents), and
stocked materials.
– Accommodations in single-occupancy cabin bedrooms.
– Three meals/day provided on program days. Commercial kitchen and pantry
access on non-program days and kitchen staff’s day off.
– Hourly wage for variable 30-40 hours/week schedule, position dependent, with
evening and weekend hours required.
– 24 hours of paid time off.
– Opportunity to sell your work at our annual Salad Days event.
