If you haven’t followed the Red Star Residents at Belger Crane Yard Studios through social media recently, than you may have missed their fantastic annual fundraiser, SipShop, that brings in cash for professional development. Supported by local Kansas City clay lovers and BCYS Studio Members, not to mention the folks back home, the Residents band together to generate interest and buzz for the online sale and LIVE event that takes place at the end of January and the beginning of February each year. Building on the efforts of past Residents, this year’s SipShop produced the most buzz and the highest revenues yet!
Want to be a part of it next year? Applications for the Foundation Residency are due April 15. There’s no app fee and it’s easy to apply!
