We’re excited to launch our new Artaxis Strategic Plan—our three-year roadmap for May 2026–May 2029. Built over six months of focused collaboration, it’s a clear framework for sound decisions, accountability, and momentum. Our top priority: financial sustainability—strengthening fundraising and building resilient systems so Artaxis can support artists worldwide for the long term.

This plan is also intended to be a living document—we expect to learn, adapt, and refine as we go, while staying grounded in Artaxis’ mission and the organization’s long-term health.
