- Application Deadline: April 15

- Accepted Work due: May 18 – May 30
- Opening Reception: June 3
- Show Dates: June 2 – June 27
Eligibility
- Open to residents of the United States
- Submitted work must have been produced in the last 3 years
Rules
- Enter up to three functional pieces or sets
- All exhibited work must be for sale
- Specific piece accepted must be available for the entire exhibition -Work will be disqualified if it is not the same piece that was accepted – Work must arrive between the dates of May 18-May 30
Entry Fee
- $30 for up to 3 pieces, Non-refundable

- The gallery takes a 50% commission on all sales
Shipping & Insurance
- The artist is responsible for shipping and insurance to and from the exhibition. The gallery will be responsible for insurance during the exhibition.
Digital Image Requirements
- Submit images via e-mail to jimmyeddings@mac.com
- Submit up to two images of the piece you are entering
- The Jpg should have a resolution of 72 to 300 dpi
- Digital image size should be 1920 pixels on the long side and a maximum file size of 3 megabytes
- The image should be labeled with your last name and entry number. Example: Eddings_1.jpg
- James May Gallery reserves the rights to photograph works and use submitted digital images of accepted pieces for the purposes of education, documentation, publicity, and promotion.

- Method of payment (include check number in email if paying with check)
- Each image should be labeled with your last name and entry number. Example: Eddings_1.jpeg
Also include in the email the corresponding information
