2018 American Pottery Festival

Join Northern Clay Center for the 20th iteration of NCC’s American Pottery Festival, September 7 – 9, 2018. NCC’s annual fundraiser will once again gather national artists representing the best in their fields, and offer a diverse array of ideations, processes, and forms & surfaces.

The event kicks off with the Opening Night Party on Friday, September 7, 2018 at 6:00 PM.

The American Pottery Festival is a three-day event that serves as NCC’s largest fundraising event each year. This mindfully forged platform brings together makers, clay lovers, learners, collectors, and simply the curious, to play and to be inspired.

Each year, the event includes artists from large and small markets around the country, artists from all career stages and ages, and some local gems. The richness of experience, knowledge, and generosity represented by 2018’s artists will provide learning opportunities for everyone—from student to collector to fellow maker. The weekend is always filled with chances to engage directly with artists during image presentations, workshops, lectures, panel discussions, and casual gallery chats.
