Director of Artists and Programs, Baltimore Clayworks
Baltimore Clayworks (BCW), a community-centered ceramics institution is seeking an innovative Director of Artists and Programs to elevate the impact of BCW’s mission as well as oversee and expand its programming. BCW is seeking a candidate with a deep commitment to developing and nurturing artists, teachers, and students.
Qualifications include but are not limited to: BFA/MFA in ceramics or equivalent experience, knowledge of the field of ceramics nationally and internationally, non-profit or large ceramic studio experience, residency management, and program development. Candidates will have excellent capacities in writing and public speaking and possess a transparent, collaborative, and confident leadership style with the ability to think strategically and work collaboratively.
